Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise details, consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Please be aware that late cancellations or failure to show may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-road driving, or similar risky behaviors is not allowed. The transport of hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unapproved drivers to operate it is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used in accordance with its intended purpose, and strict adherence to passenger and weight limits is required. Traveling beyond the designated geographical boundaries without explicit permission is not authorized.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the last 12 months.
